Are there any errors in the Math Foundations 10 text?

Yes, there are a few errors in the first printing of Math Foundations. You can download the errors and corrections here. These errors will be corrected in future printings.

When will the Math Foundations resource be available for sale?

Which grade 10 mathematics course is this book for?

Math Foundations 10 is 100% aligned with the new BC Grade 10 Principles of Math course.

In the sampler, answers are sometimes given with many decimal places. Why is this so?

Very good question, thank you. The reason we include all of the decimal places is that the exam makes it clear that students should not round until the final step. They can use fewer (e.g. 4 significant figures) but this will introduce errors in their numerical answers. The following statements are from the 2006 Provincial Math exam:
When using your calculator:
• use the programmed value of π rather than the approximation of 3.14
• rounding should occur only in the final step of the solution
